Key Responsibilities

* Support the Global Fund Services businesses by managing administrative and relationship needs of institutional trust clients.
">
* Respond to client inquiries, coordinate client activities, and identify opportunities for expanding business relationships through additional products or services.

* Act as key consultant to clients, assisting in formulation of best practices, redesign of processes, evaluation and implementation of Trust and Custody services.
">
* Develop complete understanding of client's business, objectives, goals, and market challenges.
">
* Assist Relationship Managers in counselling clients on emerging issues, bank products/services, legal/regulatory changes, and general financial environment.
">

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
">
* Proven experience working in financial servicing/accounting fields, with a client servicing background.
">
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
">
* Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.
">
* Strong attention to detail.
">
* Ability to understand legal documentations and provide recommendations.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
