**Job Brief**:
As a results-driven Retail Sales Manager you will lead the sales operations of our retail stores. This role is responsible for ensuring that the stores deliver exceptional customer service, sales growth, and create a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Retail Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the sales department, managing staff, and advocating company procedures and guidelines, whilst recommending and implementing effective strategies to maximize revenue.
**Responsibilities;**
**Sales Leadership**:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.
- Implement and execute effective sales and product knowledge training to build expertise and drive conversion
**Staff Management**:
- Recruit, train, and manage sales staff to ensure a high-performing and customer-focused team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
**Customer Service Excellence**:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by setting high standards for the sales team.
- Handle escalated customer issues and complaints, ensuring swift resolution within company guidelines.
**Inventory and Merchandising**:
- Oversee effective inventory management in store ensuring reserves are set up to maximise capacity and access to stock, stock is replenished on shelves and tables as per the VM guidelines.
- Promotional VM and Windows implemented as directed by the VM Manager and company VM guidelines
- Ensure store is maintained to company and brand standards at all times
**Sales Analysis and Reporting**:
- Analyse sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement and achievement.
- Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators.
**Budget Management**:
- Manage the sales department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
- Monitor expenses, control costs, and implement strategies to maximize operational efficiency.
**Market Awareness**:
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Propose strategies to stay competitive and capitalize on emerging opportunities.

**Salary**: $68,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
