**About the role**:
An exciting opportunity to be part of the Depot Operations team in Kwinana. Reporting to the Fleet Supervisor, you will primarily be responsible for supporting the transactional administrative side of the operation and management of tanker truck fleet and driver group across a multi depot region.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Customer service & manage customer inventory
- Manage driver inductions, medicals and other administrative requirement
- Provide Operational information and directions to drivers
- Plan and Coordinate fleet movements
- Manage administrative aspects of tanker truck compliance activities
- Act as weekend/backup/relief scheduler for the Fleet Supervisor
- Monitor HSSE processes and practices within depot
- Ensure that Ampol complies with all applicable laws and regulations
**About you**:
You are a team player with a positive attitude and have similar experience in general administration. You have high attention to detail and have demonstrated the ability to develop and engage internal and external stakeholder relationships.
**Key skills and experience**:
- Strong customer service & administration background
- Scheduling experience is highly desirable but not essential
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Intermediate computer literacy skills
- Ability to work in a team and autonomously
- Understand of National Heavy Vehicle Regulations and associated legislation is desirable (not essential)
