The Customer Service team at Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure are seeking to appoint a **Planning Customer Experience & Engagement Officer **to join a public helpdesk team established to provide high quality information services to customers and key stakeholders of the Department.
**About You**
The **Planning Customer Experience & Engagement Officer** serves as the initial contact point for managing customer submission requests within the department and helps with enquiries, including the submission upload process for State Significant Developments or State Development Applications (DAs) on the NSW Planning Portal.
Join our high achieving team and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for the provision of best practice customer service for internal stakeholders and for the people and communities of NSW.
