Job Title: Retail Media Account Manager
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our dynamic team as a Retail Media Account Manager. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of major supplier accounts, driving revenue growth, and delivering innovative campaigns across our national venue network.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of retail media, customer marketing, or trade marketing, preferably within alcohol, FMCG, or hospitality. They will possess excellent relationship-building skills, commercial acumen, and the ability to work effectively with internal teams and suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow a portfolio of major supplier accounts, supporting joint business plans and delivering quarterly business reviews.
* Identify and convert new wallet opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and innovative packaging.
* Brief and manage end-to-end campaign delivery, including creative briefing, venue activation, and reporting.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign success.
* Analyse and report campaign performance, providing clients with actionable insights that drive renewals.
Requirements:
* 5+ years' experience in account management, partnerships, retail marketing, or media sales.
* Strong understanding of retail media, customer marketing, or trade marketing — preferably within alcohol, FMCG, or hospitality.
* Proven experience managing and growing key client relationships.
* Strong commercial acumen, confident handling budgets and margins.
* Experience building integrated proposals combining media, events, sponsorships, and on-premise activations.
* Highly organised and capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
* Proficient in Excel, CRM platforms, and marketing reporting tools.
