Safety Advisor, Unit Development, Maroochydore, $120,000 + Super

A great opportunity has come to fruition for an experienced Safety Advisor to join a well-regarded developer building on the Sunshine Coast permanently. Known for building a quality product, this role will be based on a new multi-storey residential development, based in Maroochydore.
**Your new role**
You will be joining them on an 8-story Unit Development, with the support of a full-site team working closely with a well-regarded HSE Manager and project Manager. Responsible for the overall workplace health and safety of the construction site. To access situations and productively engage in preventative health and safety practices and ensure the project meets workplace legislative and industry requirements
**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant qualifications in Work health, Safety and Environment A certificate IV OHS as a minimum is required to be considered for this role.
- At least 2 years experience in health and safety in the multi-storey construction industry.
- A trade background or trade assistant experience would be highly regarded.
- Computer literacy with basic use of MC Word and MS Excel.
- Strong knowledge of current legislation.
**What you'll get in return**
Salary will be commensurate with experience, whilst $120,000 + Super is a good indicator. This is a permanent role, joining a reputable builder with long-term local work.
