About the Company
Our client is a leading Tier 2 commercial construction company with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects across NSW. Known for their positive site culture, systems, and strong project pipeline, they work across education, health, industrial, aged care, and mixed-use commercial sectors.
The Role
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day on-site delivery of the project, ensuring it is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and coordinate all site activities, subcontractors, and suppliers
* Ensure compliance with WHS and QA standards
* Drive construction programs and monitor progress
* Report to the Project Manager and attend client/site meetings
* Maintain site safety, quality, and productivity standards
* Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and internal teams
About You
* 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager with a Tier 2 or Tier 3 builder
* Trade background or tertiary qualification in Building / Construction
* Experience delivering commercial projects valued $10M+
* Strong understanding of construction programs, site safety & compliance
* Confident communicator with strong team leadership skills
