Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Inside Channel Account Manager. As a key member of our channel sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth through developing and executing strategies with our partner ecosystem.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and organizational skills, with a keen interest in sales and technology. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in channel sales operations, partner management, and the cybersecurity market within a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Distribution Operations Support: Work with distributors to coordinate invoicing and related operational matters.
* Communication & Coordination: Serve as the point of contact for assigned distributors, ensuring timely and effective communication on all relevant matters.
* Project Assistance: Support the Channel Management team with ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
* Onboarding New Partners: Assist in the onboarding process for new channel partners, ensuring they have the necessary information and resources to be successful.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including Channels & Sales, to ensure alignment on channel initiatives.
* Learning & Development: Actively participate in learning opportunities to develop a strong understanding of our solutions, channel strategy, and the cybersecurity landscape.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, Technology Management, or related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or Google Apps (Word/Doc, Excel/Sheets, PPoint/Slides are key tools for this role).
* Resourceful, proactive, ability to handle multiple tasks, take on new responsibilities, and prioritize work in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment without compromising quality.
* Detail-oriented, analytical, strong team contributor, with the ability to adapt efficiently and maintain confidentiality.
* Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
* Superb attention to detail and a knack for creating visually sharp assets.
* Experience with courses in business, administration, project management (bonus).
* Previous experience with Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, SalesNavigator (bonus).
