As a trusted advisor, you will provide customers with expert guidance on how to use Workday features effectively, helping them learn new skills and find greater value in their investment.
 * Share knowledge with customers through ask-an-expert requests, ensuring understanding of customer questions and related Workday concepts, providing configuration guidance, demonstrations and tips to resolve or provide optimal product configuration to meet customer business requirements.
 * Collaborate with an engagement manager to deliver services including feature adoption workshops, facilitating customer Workday feature roadmap discussions, functional reviews and tenant reviews with consulting services.
 * Additional services include collaborating with customers to identify opportunities for growth, facilitating group sharing discussions, creating and delivering customer presentations on how to achieve business goals using Workday features, and providing one-on-one consulting guidance to accelerate customer feature adoption.
