As a Classroom Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality education to our students, working collaboratively with colleagues to create a dynamic and supportive learning environment.
* The ideal candidate should possess a sound knowledge of current best practice and the Victorian Curriculum, as well as the ability to make adjustments for a diverse range of learning needs.
* Able to work effectively as part of teams of various sizes, building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues, parents, and children.
* Committed to ongoing learning and professional development, ensuring that they remain up-to-date with the latest teaching methods and techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
* To develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
* To assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
* To collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver curriculum programs that meet the needs of our students.
Requirements:
* Holding a current VIT registration and being committed to child safety, maintaining best practices, and ongoing evaluation of these practices.
* Willingsness to adhere to our Child Safety Policy and Code of Conduct and other policies relevant to Ministerial Order 1359.
