You'll:
- Develop relationships through visits across your territory to help with training & troubleshooting
- Take time to build relationships with each customer and understand their teams capability
- Provide advice to our customers on new and relevant products and services
- Strategically map your list of accounts to ensure an appropriate contact and sales strategy
**Ingredients for Success**
To be successful in this role, you'll have a strong ability to build relationships with customers of different seniority levels and background, using your technical understanding of Automotive Refinish to build trust within your customer base.
You'll:
- Possess a qualification in Automotive Refinish or similar
- High level of emotional intelligence, utilized to work through challenging situations
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and communication skills, written and verbal
- Basic Microsoft skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience mentoring or training junior staff is a bonus
