Graduate Management Trainee role supporting CEO with operations, commercial, financial analysis, and strategic projects at Clermont Group.
Your Role
Key responsibilities include:
* Working closely with the CEO and senior leaders across multiple business areas
* Operational reporting, analysis, and improvement projects
* Supporting commercial and contract-related work
* Exposure to WHS, compliance, and heavy vehicle operations
* Assisting with internal management reporting and KPIs
* Site visits and on-the-ground operational support
* Ad-hoc projects across logistics, mining services, and equipment hire
* Traveling periodically to locations including Clermont, Mackay, Gladstone, South East Queensland, Charters Towers, and Gunnedah
About You
The company is looking for:
* Recent graduate or 1–3 years’ experience
* Curious about business operations and financial performance
* Willingness to travel regionally and spend time on site
* Practical, resilient, and hands-on attitude
* Driver’s licence
* Strong computer skills and analytical capability
* Clear written and verbal communication skills
