Key Responsibilities:

The Refunds Team Leader oversees and supports the Refunds Team in processing and auditing refund applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.


About the Role:

* Servicing as a leader for the Refunds Team to ensure smooth operations
* Providing guidance, coaching, and leadership to team members to enhance their performance
* Offering expertise on refund processes and interpreting relevant acts, regulations, and legislation
* Analyzing and resolving complex refund enquiries with professionalism


Essential Skills and Qualifications:

* Proven experience in financial management practices and procedures
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and in writing
* Able to lead, develop, and motivate a team towards achieving set goals
