About the Role
In this role, you will work collaboratively with Registered Nurses and care staff to support clinical outcomes, monitor resident wellbeing, and contribute to a safe, respectful, and welcoming care environment where dignity guides everyday practice.

No two days are the same! As Enrolled Nurse, you will:
* Conduct comprehensive admission and ongoing assessments with residents and families to identify care needs and support individualised care planning.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation that reflects care delivery and resident outcomes.
* Administer medications safely and ensure correct handling, storage, and record-keeping.
* Monitor residents' health, report changes promptly to Registered Nurses, and support the care team in delivering safe, person-centred care.
* Participate in team handovers, care planning discussions, and initiatives that promote a safe, respectful, and supportive environment for residents
About You
You'llthrive with us if you have:
* Diploma of Nursing and current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse, with a minimum of 2 years post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in aged care.
* Strong clinical skills, sound judgement, and the ability to monitor, assess, and respond to changes in residents' health.
* Knowledge of residential care practices, care planning, clinical documentation, and the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument.
* Understanding of aged care accreditation processes and a commitment to providing safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
* Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and the care team.
* Current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain), required immunisations, and a flexible, professional approach to shift work.
