Key Responsibilities
* Deliver attentive, high quality service that anticipates guest needs
* Lead, train, and support F&B attendants and team leaders
* Maintain grooming, service, and operational standards
* Manage rosters, timesheets, and daily staffing
* Ensure stock levels, cleanliness, and WH&S compliance
* Prepare and serve beverages to hotel standards
* Follow all cashiering and financial procedures
* Protect and maintain equipment
* Complete opening/closing duties and assist other outlets as needed
What You'll Bring
* Previous F&B supervisory or team leader experience
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Solid knowledge of food, beverage, and service standards
* Experience with rosters, POS, and cash handling
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast paced environment
* Commitment to safety, hygiene, and exceptional guest service
