Overview
Our client is a leading manufacturer of steel products in Australia. They are dedicated to providing quality products and services to their customers while maintaining the highest standards of safety and performance. They are seeking an all-rounder who is happy to work across the facility and yard.
Your day would involve loading and unloading metal, operating the forklift around the facility, and assisting the team with general labouring. A base pay range is listed below; actual pay will be based on skills and experience.
Pay
A$32.00/hr - A$33.00/hr
Responsibilities
- Load and unload metal materials
- Operate forklift and move materials around the facility and yard
- Assist the team with general labouring tasks
- Support stock control and basic reporting
- Maintain quality and safety standards
Requirements
- Current Forklift Licence (6 months+ experience)
- Current Driver's Licence and reliable transport
- Pass Drug & Alcohol test
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labouring tasks
- Confident with hand and power tools
- Keen eye for quality control
Location and eligibility
State: QLD. This position is open to Australian Citizens and Permanent Residents only.
