Salary Range: $101,295 to $116,452 per annum plus 15.4% superannuation
Location: Head Office - Gungahlin

About your team: The Business Solution and Technology (BS&T) group provides technology and solutions across business analysis, architecture and integration, software development, software provision and support, data provisioning and reporting, telephony and networks, technical support, infrastructure and cyber security. We partner with the business to deliver initiatives that provide efficiencies to the organisation.
Responsibilities
As the IT Client Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for reviewing, understanding and prioritising support issues for two key service delivery teams: Applications Support and the IT Service Desk. You will work closely with the IT Client Services Manager to ensure operational standards are maintained, deliver a high level of customer service, and ensure effective resolutions are implemented in a timely manner.

Eligibility and Requirements
The current vacancy is for 12 months non-ongoing; a merit pool will be established to fill similar ongoing and non-ongoing vacancies within the next 18 months. All successful applicants are required to be eligible to complete a Baseline Vetting security clearance for consideration by the Australian Government Security Vetting Agency (AGSVA).
Employment with DHA is conditional on being an Australian citizen and able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.
