Our client, a global consumer healthcare organisation, is seeking an experienced Studio Manager to support the delivery and operations of its growing in‐house content and creative studio function.
This is a highly collaborative and operationally focused role, responsible for managing workflow, coordinating cross‐functional stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth delivery of creative and content projects across multiple healthcare brands. Working within a collaborative environment, you'll help drive efficient content production, optimise studio processes, and support the roll out of AI‐enabled ways of working across the broader marketing & creative function.
What you'll do
* Manage end‐to‐end workflow and project coordination across creative and content deliverables
* Oversee timelines, approvals, resource allocation and delivery schedules across multiple projects simultaneously
* Act as a key liaison between brand, marketing, creative, compliance and external agency stakeholders
* Support the day‐to‐day operations of the in‐house content studio, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to brief
* Coordinate publishing workflows and support social and community management operations across key channels
* Monitor workflow efficiencies and identify opportunities to improve studio processes and ways of working
* Assist with reporting, analytics and performance tracking across content and campaign activity
What you bring
* 3-5+ year's experience within studio management, creative operations, project management, content production or marketing operations
* Strong experience managing multiple concurrent projects within collaborative environments
* Proven ability to coordinate cross‐functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities
* Experience working with content management, publishing or workflow management platforms
* Experience within healthcare, FMCG, retail or creative and ad agency
* Exposure to social media operations and community management workflows
* Understanding of AI‐enabled content production or digital workflow optimisation tools
* Experience using platforms such as Hootsuite, project management or creative workflow systems
