Qualifications:
Experience in frontline retail sales with a proven track record of excellence.
Preference for candidates with experience selling skincare, bodycare, beauty, aromatherapy, cosmetics, tea, or wellness products.
Ability to communicate effectively about brand features and benefits, using brand-specific language and scripts.
Position Requirements:
This role involves constant movement, standing, and use of hands and arms.
Tasks include filling tea containers, using a POS system, receiving inventory, and packing orders.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and frequently bend and twist.
Ability to go up and down stairs, use a ladder, and handle hot beverages is required.
Eco-friendly cleaning products are used in the store.
Hours of Operation:
Open Wednesday through Saturday from 10:30 am to 5:30 pm, and Sundays from 11 am to 5 pm.
