We are looking for a creative and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our Communities Marketing team, a team of customer focused and innovative marketers who are passionate about their development projects. This role will support the delivery of integrated marketing strategies and practices, across our Perth communities, providing a great learning opportunity to develop and grow your marketing experience.
**About the role**
Based in our Perth Head Office, you'll be supporting the Marketing team to execute local marketing plans and key initiatives including;
- National and local marketing and sales campaigns
- Execution of land release activity and rolling programs
- Assist with display village and project events
- Support new project launches
- Implement database communication planning such as eDMs and SMS
- Assist with content development and management for online and offline channels
- Manage project collateral and maintenance
- Digital channel maintenance - website, property portals, social media, and other key channels
- Develop strong relationships with internal teams and other stakeholders to ensure a supported and integrated approach to all marketing activities
- Provide administration support for project budget management, this includes raising of purchase orders, accounts payable and receivable
- Support marketing and sales to deliver a superior customer experience at critical points of the customer journey

- Appropriate tertiary qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in marketing either during or post-Graduation
- Strong communications skills with a keen eye for detail

- Proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively
