As a Title Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling title insurance settlement services through a consultative approach by assisting clients in reviewing the real estate transaction, the closing process, and developing plans all while ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
Salary
The salary for this position is competitive and based on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission after 90 days.
Job Description
Your primary responsibility will be to engage prospects through online zoom workshops, in-person training events, telephone prospecting, coffee appointments, office drop-ins, and lunch meetings. You will also network with prospect clients both digitally and in-person to build new relationships and gain new business.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 5 years of experience selling in the title / escrow space. You should also have expertise in title insurance and a strong book of business with at least $30,000 in monthly revenue.
