We are hiring Technical Facilities Manager (Estates /HVAC / Building Management Systems / Hard FM) Location: Hybrid 4 Days per week in Salisbury Office
* Should have extensive experience in Hard Facilities Management within high‐security or regulated environments (e.g., Defense, Nuclear, or Life Sciences, Labs) managing complex, safety‐critical estates and laboratory infrastructure.
* Proven mastery of Building Services Engineering, specifically holding an NVQ Level 3 in Heating & Ventilation (or equivalent) with a focus on mechanical systems and high‐end HVAC.
* Expertise in Engineering Risk Management and hazard‐based approaches, including the ability to conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement long‐term engineering controls for safety‐critical systems.
* Deep knowledge of H&S statutory processes, Building Regulations, and Asset Management (fixed/non‐fixed) to ensure a fully compliant and auditable estate.
* Advanced proficiency in BMS (Building Management Systems), industrial HVAC technologies.
* Ability to provide technical leadership and assurance for large‐scale investment programmes (e.g., NBSC, HSE Interventions) ensuring infrastructure is fit‐for‐purpose and operationally resilient.
