Job Description
Develop and implement engaging learning strategies and programs tailored to the organisation's goals.
Collaborate with Managers to identify training needs, skill gaps and to drive engagement.
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements.
Influence leadership behaviours and enhance capabilities through coaching, training, and strategic insight.
Standardise learning and development practices across the business units.
Identify capability gaps and create pathways for growth and retention.
Manage the L&D; budget and ensure cost-effective delivery of initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends to bring creative learning solutions to the organisation.
