Operations Support Officer
The Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission is seeking an Operations Support Officer to provide high-level administrative support to the Audit and Registration Operations teams.
This role involves coordinating scheduling and logistical arrangements for audit related activities, including travel booking and associated administrative support. You will be responsible for entering, managing, and sharing regulatory information accurately within Commission systems to support quality assurance activities and reporting processes.
You will also maintain accurate and timely records, including filing and version control, in accordance with Commission standards. Additionally, you will apply sound administrative practices to maintain accurate data integrity, support internal reporting, and ensure consistent access to operational information across the section.
