About the Role
Reporting to the Marketing Manager ANZ and working closely with both the ANZ Marketing team and in‐house Graphic Designer, this role supports the development of print and digital marketing assets that drive the commercial objectives of GN and Key Account brands.
It adapts and localises global assets while also creating locally relevant materials that maintain brand consistency and support market needs across ANZ.
It is a permanent part‐time role (1 day WFH, 2 days in the office) for someone early in their design career who enjoys working across multiple brands, thrives in a fast‐paced environment and takes pride in producing high‐quality work with accuracy and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
* Adapt and localise global marketing assets for the ANZ market across print, digital and social formats.
* Resize, reformat and update copy, imagery, logos and contact details as required.
* Produce co‐branded and partner‐specific marketing materials using approved templates.
* Build and update EDMs using the company's email marketing platform.
* Prepare artwork files for print and digital production, including correct resolution, bleed setup and export specifications.
* Maintain organised file management and archiving across company systems.
* Support small ad‐hoc design updates including logo swaps, price changes and minor copy edits.
* Ensure all work aligns with brand guidelines, compliance requirements and quality standards.
About You
You're proactive, organised and enthusiastic, with a keen eye for detail and a genuine passion for design. You enjoy working collaboratively, can manage competing priorities, and are comfortable receiving feedback and working within established brand frameworks.
Skills & Experience
* Essential 1–2 years' experience in a graphic design role.
* Tertiary qualification in Graphic Design or equivalent.
* Experience creating marketing and communication materials across print and digital formats.
* Strong portfolio demonstrating design and production work.
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
* Working knowledge of Canva and/or Adobe Express.
* Basic video editing skills.
* Understanding of digital asset formats including EDMs, social media assets, web banners and interactive PDFs.
* Working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint.
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour and brand application.
* Excellent attention to detail, proofing and version control.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
* Desirable: Experience working in a regulated industry.
* Desirable: Experience preparing artwork for both print and digital production environments.
