Your new company
Our client is an Australian owned hospitality equipment manufacturer and distributer. They have national offices supplying exclusive and professional range of commercial food equipment, catering, kitchen equipment, refrigeration, furniture, tableware and cookware.; They are currently looking to add an experienced team member to their service member.
Your new role
Your role will sit between different department to act as an interface between the customer and technical staff within your organisation. Duties will include:
- Diagnose technical issues
- Scheduling daily/weekly jobs for field service technicians
- Sign off on works completed
- Provide technical & administrative support to technicians
- Generate quotes/process timesheets
What you'll need to succeed
Your role organisation is a key component between the customers and technical staff, therefore experience within in a similar
- Experience with parts management systems
- Understanding of machinery/product warranty protocols
- Excellent organisational and planning skills
- Technical aptitude
- Ability to work autonomously & within team
- Client facing experience
