This role has been created due to continued growth and will see you working closely with the business owner and the Property Management Team Leader in a well-supported, structured environment.

You will be responsible for managing and mentoring two staff members while overseeing a well-maintained portfolio of approximately 350 properties. The portfolio is clean, tidy, and immaculately maintained.
This position offers a rare setup with no leasing, no trust accounting, and dedicated administrative support, allowing you to focus on leadership, portfolio oversight, and relationship management.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and overseeing a high-quality residential portfolio
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting two team members
* Working closely with senior management and business ownership
* Maintaining best-practice property management standards
* Acting as a senior point of contact for landlords and internal stakeholders
Key requirements:
* Proven experience as a Senior Property Manager or Team Leader
* Strong leadership, coaching, and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and time management abilities
