Role: Facilities Support Officer – Centre Management
The VCAA is a statutory body responsible to the Victorian Minister for Education, serving both government and non-government schools. We provide high-quality curriculum, assessment, and reporting for all Victorian students from birth to 18 years.
An exciting opportunity exists to join the Assessment and Reporting Division in the Centre Management Unit for a fixed-term, full-time position until 21 July 2025.
Position Details
* Salary: $58,539 - $75,175 (Plus Superannuation of 11.5%)
* Fixed term: Until 21 July 2025
* Hours: Full-time
* Location: Coburg Assessment Centre
Role Purpose
The Facilities Support Officer – Centre Management works as part of a team responsible for assisting Assessment Centre staff in supporting VCAA work team with meeting critical VCE external assessment timelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage front office and reception duties, including overseeing a comprehensive meeting and events calendar for VCAA Assessment Centre Coburg users.
* Maintain the VCAA Assessment Centre Photo ID and Building access card security system.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing queries, resolving issues, and maintaining professionalism.
* Ensure safety and compliance by adhering to safety regulations (OHS), traffic laws, and VCAA policies to ensure the safe transportation of packages.
* Log and maintain records of all Building facility faults and administrative duties as required.
* Assist with setting up and removing equipment for events and functions.
About the Unit
Centre Management is responsible for managing the VCAA Assessment Centre, providing facilities support for division operations including training meetings and VCE external assessment processing.

Experience and Qualifications
