The Company:
This growing Engineering Consultancy provides structural and civil engineering design services to a vast variety of market sectors, and it is experiencing consistent growth. They are seeking an Administration & Accounts Assistant to join the team to support with the daily office tasks and processing accounts payable & receivable and account reconciliation.
The Role: This is a PART TIME ROLE 3 days per week.
You will have a dual role split between administration & accounts.
Admin Duties:
Answering and directing phone calls
Data Entry
Onboarding new staff assisting HR with small tasks
Stationary orders, office cleanliness (loading dishwasher)
Greeting clients
General office support duties
Accounts duties:
Processing both accounts payable and accounts receivable
EOM reconciliation
Invoicing
Processing Payroll
Corresponding with customers regarding their accounts & payments
Credit control and debt recovery
Entering staff expenses
About you:
Experience using Xero is essential
Strong MS Office skills
Good organisation and time management
High attention to detail
