About the Role
In this role, you will play a key part in delivering safe, effective, and high‑quality clinical services while supporting the ongoing development of medical staff within the service.
Key responsibilities include:
* Supervising the day‑to‑day activities of junior medical staff, ensuring appropriate standards of care are maintained and supporting their training and professional development
* Maintaining effective communication across all clinical areas and disciplines within the health service, as well as with local medical practitioners, to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the hospital
* Participating in an on‑call or shift roster, including out‑of‑hours, night and weekend work, as directed by the Director
* Contributing to a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment that supports excellence in patient care
