Administration Officer – Part Time
LP Consulting Services is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant on a part-time basis to assist with the daily operational needs of a large manufacturing business.
$***** per hour – Level 3 clerical award
Monday, Wednesday and Friday 10:00 am-2:00 pm
Blacktown location
Ongoing casual position
Responsibilities
Supply general administrative support to the team including filing, scanning and data entry
Have previous experience in a similar role
Highly developed and articulate communication skills both verbal and written
High level data entry skills
Excellent phone manner
Proficient with MS Office programs
Qualifications & Required Skills
A minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role
Experience with SAP an advantage but not essential
Strong communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Desire to develop and learn
