We focus on odorant injection systems, chemical metering pumps, and spill response solutions for industries dealing with Natural Gas and LPG.With a strong national presence and a highly valued customer base, we pride ourselves on delivering expert technical support and tailored solutions to major industry operations.Role Overview:Reporting to the General Manager-Technical Solutions and Business Development, this role involves direct customer engagement, solution development, and strategic account management alongside business development.The primary focus is to increase sales revenue and develop new business opportunities for our expanding product range.The successful applicant will play a key role in building the business brand by generating and qualifying leads and nurturing industry relationships to close deals.Responsibilities:Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities within target segments to drive growth.Cold-call prospects through business directories or client referrals.Achieve KPIs and sales targets.Provide technical consultation and product recommendations aligned with customer needs.Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, pricing models, and presentations.Collaborate with internal teams including operations, procurement, logistics, and technical support to ensure excellent service.Maintain accurate pipeline tracking, reporting, and forecasting using CRM tools.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars as needed.Candidate Requirements:Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Science, or a related field.At least 2 years of B2B sales experience in industrial chemicals, manufacturing, or technical supply sectors.Experience in chemical or manufacturing industries is preferred.Proven success in new business development and key account growth.Ideal Candidate Profile:Confident, outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to provide technical solutions that meet customer needs.Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.Experience in B2B technical sales within Oil and Gas or similar industries.Knowledge of chemical applications in manufacturing is highly desirable.Self-motivated, outcome-oriented, capable of working independently in the field.Willing to travel interstate as required.Must have full-time work rights in Australia without sponsorship or restrictions.What We Offer:Join a growing business with a strong national and international supplier network.Represent high-quality, in-demand products with strong technical support.Work within a collaborative culture that values initiative, customer service, and long-term partnerships, supported by management.Access to ongoing professional development and career progression opportunities.Office based in Dandenong South, with regular interstate travel.
