We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in Kewarra Beach, QLD.
This is a full-time role that requires strong administrative and secretarial skills, as well as excellent communication and time management abilities.
The successful candidate will work under the supervision of the Office Manager and be responsible for managing daily schedules, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management staff.
They will also prepare and coordinate business correspondence, reports, emails, and internal communications, maintain filing systems, and screen incoming calls and emails.
This role involves working with various stakeholders, including internal departments and external regulatory bodies, to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Business Administration or related qualification, a minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative support role, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
