We currently have a position for a **Technical Sales Manager **available.
**Job Summary**:
The **Technical Sales Manager**at Allrack Storage Solutions will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our brand, generate leads, and drive business growth.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and senior management, to create impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation.
Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape, and utilize insights to refine marketing tactics.
Collaborate with the sales team to create sales collateral, presentations, and other marketing materials to support the sales process.
Monitor and analyse marketing campaign performance, website analytics, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.
Coordinate and organize trade shows, conferences, and industry events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing to identify new opportunities for innovation and growth.
**Qualifications**:
Suitable certification or relevant experience.
Proven experience in marketing roles, preferably within the B2B industry.
**Experience**:
At least two years of experience in a similar environment.
**Skills**:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content for different audiences.
Proficiency in marketing tools and software, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing ideas.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong attention to detail
