Job Summary:
A permanent part-time and full-time opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to join our team at Coleraine District Health Service. The successful applicant will work across all areas in the facility, including acute and aged care, and be involved in the assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of allocated and delegated nursing care activities.

About the Role:
This exciting opportunity is for a Registered Nurse who has experience in acute and aged care and an understanding of the ACFI and Aged Care Standards. The successful applicant will work with a multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care and evidence-based practice to residents and patients. Key responsibilities include:
* Assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of allocated and delegated nursing care activities
* Leadership of a team of nurses and carers to provide excellent person-centred care
