What You'll Be Doing:
* Provide concierge services to residents and visitors at a brand-new development
* Handle walk-in queries and assist with key collections and lease handovers for new buildings
* Support feasibility research for upcoming developments
* Collaborate with internal teams across property management, leasing, and finance
* Be out and about, this is not a desk-bound role

The Ideal Candidate:
* A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and thirst for knowledge
* Previous experience in property, customer service, or concierge roles is a bonus
* Certificate of Registration required (or willingness to obtain)
* Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
