About the Role


Kickstart your career with a traineeship as an Administration Officer. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a professional office environment while working towards a nationally recognised qualification.

You will learn valuable skills in customer service, communication, and administration while being supported by a friendly and experienced team.

Duties include but not limited to:

* Assisting with general administrative duties
* Assisting with on ground errands
* Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls)
* Maintaining accurate records and databases
* Preparing basic documents, reports, and spreadsheets
* Supporting senior administration staff with daily tasks
* Learning and following company policies and procedures
* Assisting with compliance documentation and audits
* Handling confidential information appropriately

What we are looking for:

* Genuine interest in pursuing a career in business administration
* Sound communication skills, both written and verbal
* Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
* Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions
* Willingness to learn new systems and processes
* Professional attitude with a strong work ethic and reliability
* A current drivers licence
