ABOUT THE ROLE:

As part of the Tony White Group, Bellbowrie Motorsis a busy, dynamic, multi-franchise Dealership located within Coffs Harbour.

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Ironman 4x4 Accessories Sales Consultant at our Coffs Harbour 4x4 and Outdoor store. If you're looking for a challenging yet rewarding opportunity in the automotive and outdoor industry, this could be the perfect fit for you

You'll play a key role on the shop floor, helping customers find the right products for their vehicles and adventures. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys sales, understands 4x4 accessories and fitment, and has a genuine interest in the off-roading lifestyle.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Provide outstanding customer service and expert sales advice on 4x4 and outdoor products
* Assist customers with product selection, fitment guidance, and technical questions
* Build strong relationships with customers and contribute to repeat business
* Support day-to-day store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and maintaining store presentation
* Stay up to date with product knowledge, new releases, and industry trends
* Work collaboratively with the Store Manager and team to achieve sales targets
* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards

SKILLS:

* Retail sales experience (4x4, automotive, or outdoor retail highly regarded)
* Solid understanding of 4x4 accessories and vehicle fitment, or a strong willingness to learn
* Passion for off-roading, camping, or outdoor activities
* Confident communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong customer focus with a proactive and positive attitude
* Ability to work weekends and public holidays as required
