About the Role
This is a rare dual-position opportunity for an experienced professional who can lead both sales growth and marketing performance.
You'll oversee brand communications, digital engagement, and campaign execution while also driving revenue through corporate, conference, tourism, and group booking markets.
Working closely with our Events, Operations, and Venue teams, you'll ensure every guest touchpoint — from first enquiry to post-event follow-up — is seamless, strategic, and on-brand.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Leadership
Deliver integrated marketing plans that support venue goals, campaigns, and seasonal priorities.
Oversee brand consistency, design briefs, and production of all marketing materials.
Manage digital channels including social media content, websites, EDMs, and online reviews.
Lead PR initiatives, media outreach, influencer hosting, and content creation.
Monitor trends, track campaign performance, and identify new opportunities for engagement.
Manage budgets, media buying, and ROI-focused advertising decisions.
Sales & Business Growth
Develop and execute sales strategies for corporate events, conferences, and tourism markets.
Identify new business opportunities and drive proactive outreach to increase revenue.
Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry to contract, ensuring smooth handover to Events and Operations.
Build strong client relationships, conduct site inspections, and encourage repeat business.
Manage brewery account relationships and coordinate partner-hosted activities.
Collaboration & Customer Experience
Work cross-functionally with Venue Managers, Events, Operations, and senior leadership.
Support destination-wide guest satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular sales and marketing reports.
Assist with package development, pricing, and revenue optimisation.
General Expectations
This role requires a creative, organised, and commercially minded leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
You'll be hands-on, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple priorities at once.
From social content to corporate contracts—you'll own the end-to-end delivery of brand and business growth for the Marina.
