Job Description
o Oversee end-to-end payroll processing (900 employees weekly)
o Driving continuous improvement projects
o Completing monthly payroll tax and superannuation payments
o Managing end-of-month, end-of-year, and EOFY payroll tasks
o Staying up to date with payroll legislation, Awards, superannuation, and tax requirements
o Providing internal payroll reporting
o Maintaining and improving payroll systems, ensuring accurate award rate setup
o Other ad hoc tasks

o Experience with Chris 21 will be looked upon favourably
o Ability to train and develop team
o Ability to work in a past-paced environment
o Strong knowledge of payroll legislation
