Experience: 8–10 years ServiceNow (10+ years total IT)
Requisites:
* Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM or ITSM, particularly Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping.
* Design and implement Service Mapping solutions for business-critical services and integrate with CMDB.
* Develop and customize patterns, probes, and sensors to improve service visibility and dependency mapping.
* Troubleshoot mapping issues and optimize discovery processes for accuracy and performance.
* Ensure Service Mapping supports Event, Incident, Change, and Problem Management workflows.
* Handle escalations, participate in stakeholder meetings, and drive solution-focused decisions.
* Strong communication and collaboration skills with client stakeholders.
