We are seeking a highly motivated Job Coach to join our team. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to achieve their employment goals and embark on sustainable careers.

Your primary focus will be on providing personalized assistance to customers, helping them overcome barriers and develop the skills required for successful job placement.

To excel in this role, you must possess excellent customer service skills, be able to build strong relationships with customers, employers, and other stakeholders. You should also have a passion for helping others and a solutions-focused mindset.

* Develop tailored plans to address customer needs and goals
* Cultivate relationships with employers to secure job opportunities

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

* Solutions-focused/positive mindset
* Self-Confident and motivated
* Strong organisational and administration skills
* Resilient, empathetic and team player
* Current driver licence
* Ability to obtain a Working with Children/Vulnerable People Card/Blue Card and Police Clearance
* Be able to obtain a registered myGOVID name prior to commencing employment
