Join CX is a dedicated product team within InterMail, focused on creating next-generation loyalty and customer experience solutions for ambitious brands across Scandinavia and beyond.
We build products that make it easy for companies to run modern loyalty programs, unify customer insights, and deliver personalized experiences across channels. Our platform is already used by some of the region's most recognized brands, andwe'renow scaling both our features and our footprint internationally.
What you'll do
As a developer on the Join CX Product Team, you'll work hands‐on with both new development and the evolution of existing services. Your work will directly shape how customers experience Join CX.
You'll be responsible for
* Building new functionality across the Join CX SaaS platform
* Designing scalable, maintainable solutions in collaboration with Product and other engineers
* Improving performance, reliability, and technical architecture as we grow
* Maintaining and modernizing parts of our legacy stack where needed
* Developing and supporting integrations with clients' systems (typically via REST APIs)
* Participating in technical discovery, scoping, and solution design
* Debugging and supporting production releases with the team
You'll have real ownership and influence—our product development is close to users, and feedback loops are short.
Who you are
* Have 2+ years of experience as a professional C#/.NET developer
* Are motivated by building SaaS products that scale and evolve over time
* Communicate clearly and work well in cross-functional teams
* Live in Denmark or Sweden, ideally around the Öresund region
* Like taking responsibility and shipping improvements that matter
Technical requirements
You don't need to match everything perfectly, but strong experience in these areas is important:
* .NET development across modern and legacy stacks
* Solid C# fundamentals and backend web development
* Building and maintaining REST APIs
* Git workflows and version control
* Understanding of web principles like async programming, client/server interaction, and responsive design
Bonus points
* Cloud platform experience (especially Azure)
* Interest in loyalty, CX, or customer data platforms
* Architectural mindset and curiosity for improving platforms at scale
