* Full-time, continuing position
* Commencement Salary: $94,219 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the role
Reporting to the Director: Teaching Innovation Unit, the Unit Executive Officer provides high‑level executive, administrative, and financial support to the Director and Associate Director of the Teaching Innovation Unit (TIU). This position leads the coordination of key TIU initiatives, supports unit‑wide operations, and serves as the primary liaison to the Director, fostering strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

To be successful, you will need
* Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or extensive experience in a similar role, supporting senior leaders in a complex organisational environment
* Proven high‑level administrative and finance support skills, with demonstrated discretion and confidentiality
* Strong organisational, interpersonal and relationship building skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities
* Experience coordinating projects and events, with the ability to manage competing priorities under minimal supervision
* Proficiency in producing high‑quality documents, reports, and presentation materials, including advanced proficiency in MS Office tools
