We are looking for a Product Specialist to assist clients in optimising their implementation and usage of our Core Banking System (Ultracs).
What You'll Be Doing
Business Analysis & Consulting
* Evaluate client practices and recommend improvements
* Conduct business process reviews and produce clear requirement specs
* Proactively triage and/or support post-implementation project cases
Training & Enablement
* Deliver engaging training sessions (group and 1:1) for clients and staff
* Design and develop reusable training programs and digital content
* Continuously improve course materials based on feedback
Project Coordination
* Manage client tasks via JIRA and ensure timely delivery
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams and maintain client communication
* Assist with product demonstrations and internal projects
* Mentor junior analysts and contribute to strategic planning
What We're Looking For
* Tertiary qualifications in business, finance, or IT
* 3+ years' experience with Ultracs Core Banking system
* Strong background in Retail Banking or Credit Union or Financial Institution environments
* Experience with UniVerse/PICK environments (highly desirable)
* Exceptional communication, analytical, and problem‐solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment (preferred)
* Work with a highly successful banking software organisation
