About the Role Working alongside the Construction Manager and Project Director, you'll lead end-to-end estimating across a diverse portfolio.
Working in Cubit, you will: Prepare detailed tenders, budgets and cost plans Manage RFIs, clarifications and subcontractor pricing Identify and present value-engineering opportunities Work closely with delivery teams and clients to develop practical, cost-effective solutions Support tender submissions and proposal documentation About You A methodical, solutions-focused Estimator with strong technical and commercial acumen.
