Our Customer Service Manager will be responsible for managing our Customer Service Experience across Flowers for Everyone business in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne.
This position requires a minimum of 5 + years of customer service management experience.
We are seeking a Senior Manager level candidate for this Customer Service Manager position.
Responsibilities
* Manage the customer service team members and provide on call support when required.
* Manage customer reviews, complaints and feedback in a proactive & constructive manner, supporting your team to do the same.
* Establish systems, people and processes to ensure excellence in Customer Service at all times.
* Ensure all forms of customer communication are functioning at peak levels of performance.
* Assist the team with Sales & Marketing support.
* Oversee invoicing to corporates and non-corporates where appropriate.
* Assist business Directors as and when requested.
* Manage escalated issues and resolve in a timely manner.
* Manage other allocated tasks from time to time.
* Mentor and coach team and other colleagues.
* Demonstrate proficiency with BI tools for data analysis and reporting requirements.
