dependable and consistent Factory Operator
to join our Bathurst manufacturing team. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who values safety, quality, and steady work in a well-organised production environment.
About the Role
You'll be responsible for completing daily production tasks, operating machinery and tools, maintaining equipment, and keeping accurate records. Your reliability and attention to detail will support our commitment to safe, high-quality, and on-time manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities
Operate factory machinery, tools, and equipment safely.
Complete scheduled production tasks and maintain workflow efficiency.
Follow quality standards and conduct basic in-process checks.
Keep work areas clean and organised.
Perform routine equipment checks and report faults promptly.
Accurately record labour times and communicate job progress.
What We're Looking For
Reliable, punctual, and consistent work ethic.
Able to follow instructions, read job sheets, and work safely.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Experience with a production time keeping system.
Exposure to lean manufacturing or 5S practices.
