Job Title
As a Practice Lead, you will oversee the development and delivery of business plans. You'll be responsible for strategic leadership, client relationship management, financial performance, and team capability development and recruitment.
* Lead, manage, and grow the West Australian project management practice.
* Drive business development and client engagement initiatives.
* Oversee financial performance and project profitability.
* Ensure timely, high-quality project delivery across a diverse portfolio.
* Foster a collaborative and empowered team culture.
* Guide project planning, procurement, and resourcing strategies.
* Mentor, develop, and recruit staff.
Required Skills and Qualifications
You should have:
* Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field.
* Certified Practicing Project Director (AIPM) or equivalent preferred.
A proven track record in:
* Project and/or people leadership of a team of 25+ staff, successfully delivering large mixed-use building projects $50M+.
* Strategic client engagement and securing new work.
* Financial management, responsible for P&L and reporting.
* Deep understanding of contemporary construction, engineering, and project delivery methodologies.
* Experience in contract management.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Eligible for Australian Government Baseline Security Clearance.
