As a Digital Workplace Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining a strong sales pipeline, and positioning Ricoh as a leading provider of digital services solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and position Ricoh as a leading Digital Services Solutions provider.
* Account Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensure high customer satisfaction, and execute territory planning.
* Solution Selling: Present and sell Ricoh's suite of products and services, including Office Print / Print Management Solutions, Production Print, Workplace & Audio-Visual Technology, Digital Automation and Workflow Solutions, ITS Services, Managed Services, tailored to the client's needs.
* Business Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to meet sales targets and manage CRM.
* Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
* Market Intelligence: Stay updated with industry trends and maintain solid knowledge of industry segments.
Requirements:
* 5 years+ proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, digital solutions, or related industries.
* Proven success in achievement of sales targets and strong desire to over-achieve revenue goals.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects effectively.
* A proactive, results-driven approach with a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Track record of business/account plan development and execution.
* Experience in handling multi-level relationships, including business and technical decision makers in customer organisations.
* Proven sales skills in creating, advancing, and closing new sales.
* Strong time management and organisational skills.
* Strong influencer and negotiator.
* Ability to work well in a team environment.
